Pouring concrete in concrete base prior to fixing the 50t bollard. The form work had to be supported on a 45 degree slope.
We have installed 5 Mooring dolphins of 50t capacity on the River Tees near Seal Sands for large ships to berth at a chemical offloading facility. These involved removal of existing bollards, piling 25no. 1.5t H section steel sections, erection of form work to support 50t of concrete on a slope of 45 degrees and fixing the bollards in place.

We have also installed davits for disabled access and fenders on various jetties.
